Fuzzy Thoughts of David

Good Direction

I thought I’d post an update since it’s been a while.

Overall, I’m doing well. Little by little, I’m feeling better and regaining strength. Occasionally, I feel well enough to do something and then realize I’m still not where I’d like to be strength-wise.

The symptoms I had earlier in the year have pretty much disappeared. Before the surgery, it was my hope and prayer that the tumor was causing the symptoms, and that, apparently, is the case. I am thankful for that!

I continue to be grateful for my healing process. I’ve gained a new appreciation for my health.

I try to do a little bit more every day. Whether walking, riding my exercise bike, or some other activity. Keeping active is essential, so I’m doing my best. I feel like I’m beginning to get back to normal activities which is nice.

I’ve been debating on posting fewer health updates (which has already happened) and returning to my regular practice of posting about faith, life, spiritual formation, technology (at times), and other interesting topics.

My recovery is going well, and even though I’m not fully recovered, I’m confident one day I will be.

God is good and faithful!
